I think the camera is very successful. There is an opinion that lenses will not reveal 24 megapixels, in practice it turned out that this is not the case. Both 18-105 VR and 70-300 VR give a very sharp picture. Probably the fixes will give an even more delicious result, we'll see :) Among the convenient features, one can note the almost complete customization of the camera for oneself, the presence of HDR, tenacious autofocus, a working auto-ISO and various other small "buns". Jpeg comes out of the camera very balanced, in 99 cases out of 100 it does not require processing and correction.
- - Image quality. (The picture is sharp, clear. The color balance from the camera is correct.) - Large headroom in dynamic range. (Shadows and highlights are pulled out very well from RAW (NEF)) - ISO operating up to 1600. (Despite the large size of the matrix, the camera fights noise very well.) - Matrix size. (Many people are afraid of 24 MP, I’ll say that it’s even very useless. This size allows you to make excellent downscale and crop.) - Assembly (The back and the top of the camera are made of "magnesium". The camera is dense, everything fits very neatly.) - Most of the necessary functions are displayed on the hot buttons on the case. - Viewfinder. - Comfortable in the hand, the handle seemed a little more comfortable than the D7000.
- I did not find direct and obvious flaws in the camera. Is that the choice of ISO occurs by pressing the second button from the bottom on the back of the camera, and turning the control wheel. It's not easy to do this without looking up from the viewfinder.
