Review on QSFPTEK 1 by Ronald Duguay

Bought a Ubiquiti Edgeswitch 8 Poe for myself. I'm not the most experienced when it comes to network switches and SFPs. Of course, when I plugged this in and couldn't seem to get the Pi 3, which I plugged in to check the connection, my first thought was that I was getting dirty. After some googling, I found that the edge switch only supports gigabit SFP ports, and that's not uncommon for SFP switches. So I connected my computer and in fact everything works fine. So the ad is a bit misleading just because it doesn't make it clear that not all devices can run at 100Mbps. I don't want to buy a new switch. Everything works exactly as I had hoped, except for one very small issue that was entirely due to my ignorance.
