Oh, my! This little device is like discovering a Smart Phone, after years of using only a Land Line. My wife is quite sensitive to medications, and I need to cut everything into halves and even quarters. I can't do quarters with the device, but it is Magic on cutting pills in half. I tried another device that was open at the end. Useless for small pills. They just slipped right thru the end. This one is closed at the end of the "V". It holds even the smallest pill in place prior to cutting it in half. Just wish I had discovered this little tool ages ago. You will not be disappointed.
