Purchased in April 2021 and used more than 6 times. The wire probe was placed on the side of a thick steak and quickly lit on the grill, the grill temperature reached 550F. The meter now showed messy. The sensor on the thermometer still works, but the wired sensor no longer works. I wouldn't recommend a wired temp sensor as it doesn't seem to be able to handle the heat of the grill. Conveniently, product support for this purchase ended on October 7th, 2021. .Tried to contact MFR but no information was listed. (If MFR wants to fix this issue I will update the review)
