The socket dimensions given do not match the gear I received, the 30mm washers do not fit the bracket, the J-hook is awkward to insert and there are no instructions on how to do it, the holes did not line up matched the weld and required additional drilling. then it should have been. Does the bracket fit above or below the tank band? However, I wrote the guide and never installed it. 2 lock washers were missing.
