I had a lot of concussions when I was young. Also for 22 years of service in the army. I'm not a big fan of helmets or body armor. I bought a Giro helmet. I like it. Luminous yellow-green. I also bought the greenish blue one. They fit perfectly. Concussions are always piling up. I'm 58 and not ready to die.
