Excellent customer service

The unit arrived and the Amazon box was smashed and half open. The factory packaging inside has no damage. I found a small piece that looks like it broke off the side of a small charge controller. I don't know what it is, but he cut my finger. I don't see any status LED on the device, maybe that's why. I installed it on my boat and it showed the charging current. Update: Your customer service sent a new device and it arrived in perfect condition, thanks! (This LED wasn't coated with that sharp stuff, whatever it was)
