Poor customer service

I wanted to connect this to my LED strip which was no problem. The problem is that this device and the documentation doesn't say which center pin is positive or negative for the power plug. The case has + and - painted on each side of the bezel, but they don't match the connector type. When I asked support for clarification, they said it doesn't matter what happens when constant voltage is used. So I had to take care of it myself.
