locks arrived well packaged and in good condition. According to the seller, all are the same. But when I tried them, although the locks opened smoothly for their own keys, it was quite surprising when the keys from other locks would open them. Some opened some locks and some didn't, the keys to lock A opened lock B but the keys to lock B didn't open lock A and so on. Again, some of the locks are a bit tight, although no one had trouble opening them with their own key. Since they open securely with their keys, I feel comfortable using them. However as the keys to other locks lock and are missing I am a little disappointed - I wanted to have ONE key on hand not 12 so bought extra locks which had to have the same keys. I'll try oiling these locks and see if it helps anyone.
