CanaKit cares about its customers!

I bought the 3 B+ starter kit from CanaKit. I couldn't start my Raspberry Pi, it just showed me a red LED. I tried many, many things and then got desperate and emailed CanaKit. On Saturday I sent an email outlining my situation and the steps I had taken. Mike at CanaKit replied to me in less than 15 minutes and CanaKit shipped me a new 3B+ board within 3 hours. Saturday no less! I just received my new board and it immediately caught fire. Dropouts happen, but aftercare is important and I'm very impressed! Now I can play with my Raspberry Pi thanks to CanaKit!
