After only 3 or 4 uses one of the locks stopped working so we contacted the seller. They sent us a "removal tool". We used the tool according to the instructions in the emailed video. However, the tool was never clamped tight enough to remove the faucet latch. In addition, the head of the screw included in the kit broke off during the tightening process. We now have both the faucet lock and removal tool on our external faucet. A few weeks later, the second faucet lock we bought for our garden also stopped working. You insert the key and the lock spins and spins and won't open. At the moment we cannot use any of our faucets and we will probably have to pay to have them removed. Strongly disappointed.
