Good Value 1200w Pure Sine Wave Inverter

I purchased this inverter (model PS-1200JCR) for use in my small RV where it connects via a pair of 2AWG copper wires a 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery is connected. (Not the ones that came with the inverter which looked hardly fit for a 1200w inverter, although maybe that's a good thing as they're short.) Spec. In standby mode, the power consumption was about 5.6 W; I only turn on the inverter when I need to use it. The inverter is absolutely silent when it is off or running at low power; The fan turns on only when power consumption is high. I had no problem starting my small Panasonic inverter microwave at a reduced output of about 1000 watts. (Panasonic inverter microwave ovens actually run at reduced power if you set them to a lower power level, rather than just cycling on and off at full power like most microwave ovens do. I use a conservative setting of 1000W to reduce power draw The battery is below my battery specification of max 100A (continuous) at 12V, and since the inverter efficiency is not 100%.) Likewise, there is no problem with a portable induction cooktop. The battery voltage/power output/error code LED display is a useful and nice touch. The included wired remote control is a good option and also depends on your setup; I don't use it but I tested it and it worked fine. The only thing I don't like is that the + and - terminals are very close to each other, so you have to be extra careful to avoid accidental short circuits when connecting to the battery; I want them to place them further apart. Other than that and the lightweight aluminum battery cables (CCA are copper-aluminum cables, not all copper cables) that came with the inverter, I was very happy with this unit. I will update this review if/when I have something new to add.
