Review on πŸ’Ž Commando Diamond Deburring Grinding Dresser: Enhance Precision and Finishing Efficiency by Aaron Schultz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Disposable, works great, good value at $9.99

I have Paid $15.95 at the time went on sale for $9.99. . I felt the price I paid was a bit overpriced for what you get so when I contacted them they refunded me the difference (great move Hartville Tool). After one use (two wheels on my bench grinder) the crystals were 1/3-1/2 worn making this a fairly disposable tool. That suits me because it also means that the grinding surfaces of the wheels are now like new. There was an area on the surface of the diamond coated tool that was lighter than the diamonds. There was also a lump protruding near the center of the grinding surface. In the end, the lump sum turned out to be an advantage. I only went back that point and four times the width of the grinding face of the wheel until the nugget was worn down to the rest of the diamonds on the tool. I cleaned almost the whole wheel in one go. Overall, for $9.99, I recommend this if you just need to fill up on a few wheels. If you have multiple wheels I would buy one of those carbon steel sprocket dressers ($20-$40) to get a rough finish and then use it for finishing as needed. Diamonds do their job.
