Sturdy. Useful and does its job!
This is my first time using a band to workout. I have to say that I'm quite satisfy with it. Nothing to complain about. Does its job. Feels pretty darn sturdy. Currently use it mostly for pull ups. hopefully, I'll be able to upgrade it to the red bad. Also, the black band that i got is cheaper than other bands here on amazon.
