Arrived quickly, easy set up. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was that it tends to loosen up a bit and it takes a little longer to grind the coconut than I expected. That being said, now that I've received and used it I'm in the process of ordering another one of these. if you have never tried freshly grated coconut; you should get it if you like coconut in a bag from the store; it would rate something like a 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. Freshly ground a true 10. is absolutely amazing. and this machine makes it pretty easy to do. I made 2 whole coconuts in about 15 minutes or so. +/-.
