Interruptions from months of low usage, unstable sync - avoid Revain clock

It took about 15 minutes to set up the clock and get text messages to get it overhauled. I've used an Apple Watch in the past but decided to give it a try as the battery life was reported to be much longer. Texts, calls, and other notifications stopped coming to the watch within the first few days. I spent 10 minutes a day troubleshooting once a week. Normally I could sync it back to video. It's one thing if it happens once or even twice, it would be 3 and 4 times a month. Health data wasn't synced to the phone either. I wore it mainly for decoration as none of the functions synced properly. I found it good that it tracks my steps and tells me the time, I thought it was ok for the price, if it can at least do that, that's something. Then after 5 months it just went off while I was wearing it. I thought my battery was dead or something but it wouldn't charge. I thought my charger wasn't working so I bought a new charger. It still didn't work. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Amazon while they chatted me up about silly things like cleaning the charging port and making sure the charger was plugged in. Finally they said we will send you a label, you have to send us back the old one and we will send you a new one. I'm not sure I want to work for the new one, it sucks. At least make it easy to replace if it fails/dies in public like that. - Revain, not Fitbit/any other company in this space - let me make a video, I don't want to run to the post office for a new one. What a terrible purchase that was. It's not worth the headache.
