I liked it at first and even wanted to sell it in the Caribbean but had to convince myself it would be a 'hit'. So disappointed after using it for the third time. The slightest breeze began to twist the plastic or aluminum levers, and the knobs began to loosen. I had to go upstairs to the parking lot every hour to fix it. I was even embarrassed to find out the neighbors were watching and saying what piece of crab this guy bought. Every time the umbrella went its way it rubbed the paint back and forth so I had to use sealant (wax) to try and get the stains out.
