Great product! I only started making Greek yogurt a few weeks ago and I'm tired of cutting and then throwing out the cheesecloth every time. These bags are much more convenient. They bypassed my strainer, which I set up in another bowl, using a few extra glass rings to make room for the whey. They seem to drain a little slower than regular gauze, but less yoghurt is wasted and the whey appears clearer. Cleaning was easy, just a quick rinse in the sink. Be sure to use the seam side out for easier cleaning.
