This is how it is used.

Nobody irons anymore, so this item is hard to find. I use the old fashioned method of making a starch and water solution and soaking linen blouses in it. Wiring and line dry. Sprinkle on clothes and moisten. Place your clothes in a plastic bag and let them soak overnight. Iron the next day and it's perfect. I know. Crazy. But my mother and her mother taught her. Dying Art.
