I very rarely order something for one purpose and then find it even better for another. I have a vinyl convertible top on my 2013 Mustang. I find this brush very effective at cleaning the top. My car is white and I've found that after washing it has problems with road tar, bugs and god knows what else is on it, especially on the bottom of the car, between the doors and the front. Always a problem. Coincidentally after I did it on top it was still wet with soapy water and I held it sideways and squeezed the bristles so the bristles rolled over the tar and bugs and whatever and it came off so easily. I was surprised. I don't know why, but it was done with minimal effort.
