Review on KYB SM5143 - Strut Mount Kit: Superior Shock Absorption and Enhanced Stability by Lance Story

Bought a fitting kit for my 2004 Grand Prix GT although they fit the car but there were problems with the products received. First I received different parts with the same part number. The joints were smooth on one side and hard on the other. Second, one of the mounting kits was thicker than the other. One of them had curves on each side that the original didn't have (see pictures). The curve was more difficult to install and drastically changed alignment. I know I could send it back and get a new one, but I'm abroad where it's difficult to get things in a hurry. The thicker one turned out to be more similar to the original. Overall they both fit, just a matter of time to see how they hold up.
