Instructions were a bit confusing. The product description says no drills are needed, but the paper instructions that came with it say the front flaps require drilling. Installation should be easy. However, the new screws could not be fully inserted into the holes. In the end we only had to leave the screws halfway in the hole. We made sure the holes lined up. If they were aligned, we couldn't even insert the screws halfway.
