This faucet is pretty decent. Installation was pretty easy, I'm new to plumbing. As another reviewer mentioned, it doesn't come with a mixing valve ($40 extra). You'll also need a few extra water lines if you decide to use a valve. If not, you can have hot or cold without a middle. The eye works for a few seconds and appears to stay on as you keep moving in front of it. My only hit on the faucet is the aerator. Once installed, the flow is little more than a light to moderate trickle. I might look into the aftermarket for customers to get the best scrub.
