I kick myself for not buying this many years ago. A 2007 Honda Accord 2.4 LX with a 6 position changer in the dash. pull out the radio. Simply remove the storage tray underneath the radio and this device connects to the underside of the radio. I routed the wire behind the trash can, then up through the coin acceptor "not the ashtray" (pull out the rubber band). This device connects quickly and easily with Bluetooth. Start the car, make sure the radio is set to "CD-C" (use the CD/Aux button if needed. Stays on CD-C unless you change it), turn on Bluetooth on your phone one, select the device, voila! You have to crank the volume up a bit more than usual (more than when playing FM radio, for example), but the sound still comes out loud and as clear as you could want from standard speakers. I expected the roar of the earth but there is none. I even bought a ground insulator for the 3.5mm jack online but didn't use it because bluetooth works so well.
