Stop the harsh seatbelt chafing your neck!

We are on wheels and travel a lot. My wife hates seat belts touching her neck. I think it's too unsafe to put the belt under her arm. They are thick and very comfortable. She has one in the car and one in the RV. she loves them Very soft feeling on the neck.
