Bought a medium size for my son who is 120lbs and pants size is 28×30. The long johns fit him with little room to grow. I will definitely order a size up, suddenly they sit down when washing. I washed them in cold water and dried them to keep them from shrinking. They should be tighter rather than looser so that they fit well under clothing. For the price, they seem legit for lingerie.
