First it's Delta. You really can't go wrong with Delta. Guaranteed great. I have a small repair company that does almost everything on my repairs, including plumbing. I always use Delta. I have used other devices when clients have been reluctant to request them. Why Delta? First, they have a universal shower valve body. The case I installed for this also shut down on the case. So if you had to replace the cartridge you wouldn't have to turn off the water in the house, nice feature. Also, you can get new cartridges almost anywhere. Now for the item listed, it came in the time stated, very well packaged. The workmanship is very good, fits perfectly with the valve body and works very well.
