True to size. Nice thick material, but you definitely have to wear a sweater underneath when it's cold. Looks great, I bought the purple, it's almost the same as the picture. Perfectly protected from water in heavy rain and easy to clean! I love the length too, I'm 5'4" and it's almost to my knees so I stay super dry!
