I would say this aftermarket window regulator is a good and affordable alternative to an OEM Chrysler part. The fit is great and the quality is decent, although I would say it's not as good as a Chrysler OEM part. Compared to the stock motor still running on my driver's side, this passenger side unit lowers the window about as fast but raises it about 1 second slower than the OEM unit (and that's comparing a brand new aftermarket unit to my 7th generation). years old OEM unit part). On the other hand, the aftermarket electric motor is attached to the door with real nuts and bolts, not the idiotic Torx screw in the rubber bushing that Chrysler used, which is almost impossible to remove without cutting it off. Considering how much cheaper it was than a Chrysler OEM part I would say it's a great value. Update: I sold my van in November 2013. Four years after installation, this replacement window regulator is still working great.
