Worst Computer Components

Possibly the worst and most disappointing product I have ever ordered from Revain. Whenever I watch a DVD, after a period of time (maybe 15 minutes?) it stops playing and jumps to a completely random part of another episode on the DVD. Then I have to stop it, restart it and find back to where I was in the episode/video before I did it. This happens every time I use it with multiple DVDs. This is intended to be a plug and play item, meaning no additional drivers are required for use. (I have a Macbook Air, one of the most common computers.) I wrote to VersionTECH support about this and they kindly agreed to send me a new one. Well, that was worse. The first DVD I put in not only wouldn't play, it got stuck in the drive. I didn't try to take anything out and I almost had to carry it to a repair shop to get it out. Then I tried another DVD (which didn't bother me in the slightest) and the same thing happened. I haven't used it since then. So I went back to the original with a weird and annoying bug. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Unfortunately, finding a good and reliable Macbook Air external DVD drive is like looking for a needle in a haystack. But this product was really the worst.
