The best thing about these plates is that they have partitions so if you are having a variety of food then that will not get mixed up. There are 4 smaller sections and one big section. The size of this plate is perfect to hold enough food for an adult.These are biodegradable plates so that makes me feel good that I am not adding to the landfills. These plates are big in size so it will be convenient to sit and eat. We have mostly used these for outdoor grill parties and they worked well. I would avoid using any biodegradable plates for serving gravy dishes as that might soak in and leak. These plates worked fine with thicker gravies but if gravy was left in plate for long then the plates soaked in the sauce and got wet.These big sized partitioned plates are perfect if there is a variety of food on table. We usually make 2-3 main dishes along with rice and bread and these plates work great for such meals.
