I've used them about 10 times with less washing. Then I put my white king size blanket in the dryer along with those balls. The blanket takes up the entire dryer and I have to do three to four drying cycles on Heavy Duty or a constant press to dry it completely. Every time I take the duvet out of the dryer and put it back in, different sections of the duvet rest on the outside edge against the drum. The last cycle I used was a 40 minute dry. The last time I took the comforter out of the dryer it was ruined with numerous brown-brown large stains. There seems to be a ball stuck out of the dryer somewhere in the comforter in my very nice stained master bedroom comforter. cheap balls now cost me a $200 blanket.
