Poor quality, no gears. I'm not surprised by the error ratings. The delivered device does not correspond to the specification. The included 5/16 bolt is too small to properly secure the locknut. The flat bolt will break and you will have to send it back. It's either that, or you've got rabbit feet instead of hands, and it's going to falter on you in the future. A locknut won't work if you can't push it in. When you tighten the included hardware, it breaks easily, you can't tighten it at all. The wires should be firmly attached and not dangling from the wrists of Sally the bunny who is trying to replace him, as the wire keeps falling off.
