The best casserole dish I've ever had!

I've lived alone for the last 13 years and I've never felt like I had an "adult" baking pan. I've always used household items you could find at charity or flea markets, or thin disposable foil molds from the grocery store. I finally decided it was time to buy something I could hold on to for years and bought it for $50. I was a little skeptical of spending that much on a casserole dish when I could get a whole set for the same price or not much more, but I didn't need all the extras and hated clutter. It seemed like good quality so I decided to give it a try. It was packaged very well and arrived safely. We've only used it a few times so far, but it's worked beautifully every time. I once made a brownie in a box that cooked faster than disposable foil pans and seemed to stay moister, although the "recipe" didn't change. Another time we made stuffed pasta with homemade cashew cream sauce and everything was beautifully presented. It's also easy to clean; The bakeware we've had in the past had to be soaked (sometimes several cycles) before they were completely clean, and even then they seemed to have stains that just wouldn't go away. So far I haven't seen any evidence of this. Of course, everything can change in many years. I'll try to update if anything changes in my opinion on the pan's integrity.

  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Doubtful
