This product did exactly what I wanted it to do. If you're looking for a license plate frame that reduces vibration, particularly from bass, this is it. It's not too frustrating and the license plates fit in perfectly. It has a black lining that is only 1/2 inch thick or less around the outside of the panel and looks neat. I hate ugly frames that look cheap. I bought black license plate screws to assemble everything. I was going to put the license plate cover on top and seal it so it was a closed system, but with the license plate cover and frame they didn't mate properly. Overall, I highly recommend a license plate frame.
