I ordered an OEM replacement for my 01 4Runner 4WD. I received a CEL with a code. Replaced both upstream and downstream as they have 295k and are now throwing the code. You will need a 12mm deep socket with a 3/8 angle head ratchet. You will also need a 10mm socket to remove the port bracket. I fired a few shots from the PB blaster and the nuts came off pretty easily. The connector is a snap connector. But it's not as easy as it might seem. Maybe it was just mine, but after some persuasion it eventually fell apart. I used a Scotchbright sponge to clean the mount of any old residue. Installed a new gasket and tightened to specification. So far so good, after 1000 miles still no code or CEL.
