The database version wasn't the latest when this device was released. You have to pay for an annual subscription to keep up with the latest happenings right after you take your computer out of the box. If you spend that amount, you must get a device with the latest software and a minimum 90-day subscription. Otherwise, in my opinion, the computer is not fully functional and the manufacturer is trying to gamble customers! Dishonest practice!
