Sturdy, safe and easy to use
This jig held our tandem kayak in place for 4 hours in the rain. Pay attention to a few points: Make sure the kayak is tied down securely. There should be no sagging - make sure that people in the car do not play with cables and clamps. We had kids in the car. The straps that go through the kayak will seep water into the car when riding in the rain. Water was dripping into our car throughout the drive. The most important part is security. The kayak did not move or rock on the roadway or internal roads. I would recommend this product for the value for money.
