It changed my life! currently

There is undue stress in my family, my grandmother grit her teeth when businesses ended and there were days I thought stress was killing me. I practiced meditation, I tried all the right medicines, but nothing helped. I found out about L-Theanine on the ADHD online community forum. Some people have mentioned that it has helped them slow down and others have mentioned that it has made it easier for them to fall asleep. I decided to give it a try. The stress is gone. So far (I've been taking it for almost a month). I take 1 capsule in the morning with a cup of caffeinated tea along with a multivitamin. I have insomnia so I take a pill 20 minutes before bed (earlier or you will wake up sleepy) and sleep for 6.5 hours straight which is a real miracle for me! I will say that 100mg is a better fit for most as 200mg has a significant effect on me. I will compare them and then update here.
