I bought this pan for my induction cooker about 3 months ago. Attractive and well made, it does a terrible job of making pancakes. The center gets hot, but the edges (especially the corners) aren't hot enough to cook. Therefore, pancakes are cooked unevenly. In the worst case, they burn down to the middle and remain raw around the edges. If you flip the pan you will understand why. The induction surface only covers 2/3 (50.24 square inches) of the center of the pan (110.25 square inches). The induction hob only heats up 50% of the surface of the pan! It doesn't stretch to the edges. So look for a cast iron skillet if you want to make perfect pancakes.
