🍳 Copper Non-Stick Griddle Pan: Ecolution Impressions Hammered Cookware, Dishwasher Safe, 11 Inch Review

Disappointing. A bend has arrived, so the heat transfer is a joke. It takes years to reach the right surface temperature. I don't think it was the packaging, probably a manufacturing defect.

Love it! I've had one of these for so many years it started sticking to my pancakes. I finally decided to replace it and it's so great my pancakes are now turning out the way they should be. It's great to twist without them sticking anymore. Highly recommended!

Even if the burner is larger than the pan, the outer edges of the pan will not heat up as much as the middle part. When pancakes are baked, the outer edges of the pancakes are not as brown as the middle areas. When flipping cupcakes, I try to turn the outside edges in so they bake more evenly. The frying pan looks strong and beautiful and is very easy to clean.

I was very disappointed. Some were slightly chipped at the edges. The handles get very hot and you cannot grab them and move the pan as you could burn your hand. It cooks well but not at all what I expected. I will request a refund and buy another brand. I don't think this is a real brand and if it is, it's not a very good one. If you're thinking of this set for the price and looks, that's fine, but keep in mind that the pens aren't heat resistant. They get very hot when cooking.

Pros: These are new: the bottom hob is as THIN as any (only the edges seem thicker), the handle heats up and is really small and thin (and I have medium sized ones hands), quality control is poor (along the edge, the grinding finish is still rough, sharp and uneven around the perimeter of the pan), ON THE SECOND USE IT IS ALREADY OUT OF THE MOLD AND ALL THE LIQUIDS POURED ONTO THE PAN, works to the brim of the pan (I was very careful when using it not to heat above 5/medium to avoid warping)…

I bought this pan for my induction cooker about 3 months ago. Attractive and well made, it does a terrible job of making pancakes. The center gets hot, but the edges (especially the corners) aren't hot enough to cook. Therefore, pancakes are cooked unevenly.
