Review on 🍳 Copper Non-Stick Griddle Pan: Ecolution Impressions Hammered Cookware, Dishwasher Safe, 11 Inch by Tyler Ramey

Very pretty and very disposable

When I was looking for new cookware I was happy to find the Ecolution Impressions Hammered Cookware Set. It was beautiful, it had all the details I was looking for, it was induction safe and gave the impression of a 'healthier' nonstick cookware. I hoped it would last a long time. I used parts of this set every day when cooking for my family of 2, seasoned before first use and always hand washed. However, within two months a few pieces had chipped off both the non-stick coating and the outside where the aluminum body was visible as the 'copper' had chipped. Although I've only used it on my induction stovetop over medium heat. Obvious hot spots formed in the center of several parts and the magnetic base left an imprint on my induction torches which luckily was able to be washed off the torch. I've never seen anything like this with other cookware I've used. The largest pot boiled water in 25 minutes, even on my ultra-fast induction stovetop. I informed the company of my disappointment with this cookware but received no response. I agree with other reviewers who have commented on how nice this cookware looks in their kitchen that if you are looking for good looks this cookware set is perfect for you. However, if you want something that will last and cook well, especially on an induction hob, save your money and look elsewhere. Beautiful but disposable tableware.
