The item arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I have checked that all required items for the tools are included. I also checked that I have the correct color diamonds according to the chart (I read a few product reviews from other sellers before purchasing). I have the right colors. I ordered the product 9 days ago and just finished it today. While cute, it's by no means as sharp and detailed as the image shown, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If only one photo shows what the finished design shows it is included in the listing on the left. it seems that I did not expect finer details - one cannot even say that there should be 2 butterflies on the front paws. The shading in the ears is done in shades of blue instead of purple as in the photo.
