Lasted longer than other toys

Our puppy is an aggressive chewer. We have gotten toys that didn't last 10 minutes. She loved this toy but we had to take it away when she started chewing off chunks and trying to swallow them. It did last longer than any other toy, we purchased it in April 2020. It says it has a lifetime guarantee, but I don't see anywhere to contact them to ask about it. I may purchase another one because it did last a while and she is so sad that she can't have it, but I don't expect it to last longer than the last one.
