I bought one of these in 2013 and bought another one because the other one died. I use it to bake bread. It is so accurate that I can measure yeast in grams as little as 4 grams. So if you need to measure the amount of bread or pastry, this is what you need. Another great feature is the "zero" function, which allows you to add ingredients, then zero the scale and add another without having to remove the original bowl and you end up with everything in one bowl.
