Easy install, good performance
Our old membrane produced a water product (permeate) of 20ppm for over 8 years. I decided to do an exchange because of my age. Mistake. The new Watts membranes do not work. I've been trying to tweak one for weeks but it kept starting above 400ppm and never went below 70ppm. The second started at 300ppm and then started at 170ppm but never gets better than 40ppm. Oh I contacted Watts twice. No response after six weeks. This is a mistake in itself. Read other reviews; new membranes are not so good. Buy something else and let me know what worked for you.
