While not as strong as a much more expensive container, it is not as expensive and certainly seems sturdy enough for recreational or trailer use by homeowners. I've added it to my teardrop trailer where it will most likely carry chocks and other trailer tools, tarps and related materials to keep them off the tractor. On my trailer I needed either a triangular box or a very narrow square box in the tight space between the hitch and the chute and this makes good use of the space and offers quite a bit of room inside. After reading other reviews I decided to bolt the box to my trailer arms instead of using the sheet metal screws provided, although I did use fender washers which seem important to distribute bolt/bolt pressure across the frame. plastic surface. I also applied a fair amount of marine silicone caulk to the holes to protect the interior from the elements. I would give five stars but mine arrived with a dent which I had to pop out and heat with a hair dryer to set the plastic back to its original shape but it worked fine the dent is gone now and I have one Trailer box that fits a lot of places and should last quite a long time for my occasional use. If you have a commercial use or plan on using the box to store anvils, poles and sledgehammers then you'll probably need something more permanent (or at least put a hard surface underneath), but if you plan on using this for general hardware or other Applications that aren't too offensive should be fine.
