I like that we can easily access information about our patients, their tests/results in one place (EHR), instead of having multiple places for it all now! It's nice because everything is organized together - but this could be difficult if you have many employees who do not use EMR software or are using different versions from what everyone else uses so they may need training etc before fully utilizing valuebasedcare functionlity. We've seen some benefits with patient engagement after implementing VBC as well. I like that it is easy to use, has many features and can be used in any setting. It was difficult to find certain information when needed. Also, the system freezes from time to time which makes it hard to access or use. Try it out first so you know what you are getting into. The benefits are being able to see all of our patient's information in one place. This helps us to keep up with their progress and make sure they are receiving the best care possible.
