I like how easy it is for physicians, nurses or other staff members who are not familiar with value analysis tools can use them without having any training. The interface could be made more user friendly - but that would require additional development time which we don't have right now so this was an issue when our organization purchased these software products from another vendor years ago as well (and they were very expensive). I like how easy it is for providers, administrators or anyone who needs access into our system with just one username/password! It's very intuitive as well - so we don't have any problems using this software in my opinion (we've only used about half of its features). The support team has been great too!! I like that we can easily access information about our patients, their tests/results in one place (EHR), instead of having multiple places for it all now! It's nice because everything is organized together - but this could be difficult if you have many employees who do not use EMR software or are using different versions from what everyone else uses so they may need training etc before fully utilizing valuebasedcare functionlity.
