Review on Edifecs Value-Based Care by Richard Nonya

I like how easy it is for physicians, nurses or other staff members who are not familiar with value analysis tools can use them without having any training. The interface could be made more user friendly - but that would require additional development time which we don't have right now so this was an issue when our organization purchased these software products from another vendor years ago as well (and they were very expensive). We do most of what you'd expect in terms of using VBP metrics such as readmission rates etc., however because there's no way currently to link specific patient records/data sets together within EMR systems, some things aren't quite possible yet e.g.- comparing risk scores across different patients over multiple hospitals where each hospital has their own system.
